Eighty-One Foods is a private Canadian company, owned by friends, dedicated to producing exceptional Canadian products. This means we source 100% of our ingredients in Canada, starting with Canadian farm-raised cattle.

How it Began
It was our experimentation with traditional bacon curing methods that led to our popular strips product that is available to customers today.
We only work with producers and cattle farmers who are staunch custodians of the land. We have a vested interest in sustainable environmental practices.
To preserve our resources for future generations, our production facility in Canada implements sustainable practices such as sourcing local beef, composting cattle waste into nutrient rich fertilizer, and reducing water use.
Our production facility is federally registered and inspected, Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Halal certified, as well as CFIA approved to export to the USA.
